Help with excel filtering

What equation would you put if you want to filter if a patient doesn't have an appointment in the week? (For example between 5/9 to 5/15)

-every patient should have an appointment everyday from 5/9 to 5/15

- so I just wanted to see if I can put in a equation to show me the patients that aren't scheduled between those days on excel
