Help with error im new to excel formulas

Im using the TEXT and concatenate formula, what id like to do is in TEST 2 workbook enter £5.00 and this appear in Test 1 workbook as £5.00 Test Paid.

The formula to make £5.00 successfully is

=TEXT('[Test 2.xlsx]Sheet1'!C3,"£#,##0.00_);(£#.##0.00)")

Ive tried to add in Test Paid as shown below

=TEXT('[Test 2.xlsx]Sheet1'!C3, "Test Paid", "£#,##0.00_);(£#.##0.00)")

with quotes without quotes and i keep seeing error too many arguments, please could you help a newbie 🙂
