Help with DATEDIF!!!
Hello all!!
I am loosing the will... I have tried numerous videos and other threats about the same post... I am on Excel (Microsoft 365) MAC. I am trying to determine the age in years between 2 dates...
The example:
DOB End Date Age
1.3.10 31.1.22 =DATEDIF(B1,C1,"Y")
I have formatted this cells for that format of date. I want the result for Age (cell formatted in number but also have tried General format).
No results. Only an "Error" that doesn't really tell me....
I have ticked that 1904 format too... no success. I have also tried the ";" instead of ","... no results... please help!! TIA!!
Chufi8 Have a look at the attached file and compare it to your own. I didn't format the cells as dates as Excel recognized them as such automatically based on the regional settings on my machine. That works the same for Mac and PC.
