Hi msnormand,
Replace the formula in cell B16 with this one:
=B15/COUNTA(B3:B14)
By using the https://support.office.com/en-us/article/counta-function-7dc98875-d5c1-46f1-9a82-53f3219e2509 function, you can now calculate only the average for months filled with values.
