Help with a three-level cascading dropdown list

Additionally, on this file, I would like three cascading drop-down lists so that 'MISS CODE' > 'PREST_CODE' > 'TEMPS_MEMO'. I am unable to complete the third step in the 'TEMPS_MEMO' column. The linked data comes from the 'TABLE tps' tab.
