(Help) Rules of CONDITIONAL FORMATTING change after reopening EXCEL

Hi, 

I encountered a problem when using DATA BAR, one of conditional formatting.

I changed the default rule for specific cells to make bars look better.

However, after reopening excel, rules and corresponding bars changed.

I wondered if there is a way to fix the rule so that bars remain same before and after reopening excel.

Greatly appreciate for your help.

    Provided that you saved the file, the bars should look as they were when you saved. If not, can you provide screen-shots before saving and after saving, closing and opening the file again? Possibly include the Excel file as well?
