Help rearrange rows and columns within scorecard

I work for a data company and need to put together a scorecard. Originally, I was spending hours copying and pasting and decided to see if I could try something different. I was able to get something close by using pivot tables, but not exactly. I also tried messing with the power query stuff but couldn't figure it out.

Tabs:

• Original Data: data I am pulling from. I put dummy data in here for the YAG and 12ME 9-30 columns
• Format I want: This is the format I want the data to be in
• Pivot table: I was able to sort of do it with the pivot table. However, I want none of the cells to be blank. For example, at the top of the pivot table, you can see amazon, but the cells below amazon are all blank. I want them to be filled for each manufacturer and category and anything else. So no blank cells.
