Help please! Rows to columns for large amount of data in excel TRANSPOSE

I have a table with thousands of rows first column represents Account number, second represents Countries they work with.   Some Accounts only have 1 country, others have 10, others have 5 etc.

I want to have 1 row per account with the Countries represented in individual columns to the right.

Is there a function that can do this on a large scale?   (Obviously, paste special, Transpose will do it one at a time)
