HELP! "notes" lost in CSV format

I lost all inserted "notes" in a worksheet when I saved in csv format.  Is there anyway to recover those notes?  Workbook saved in dropbox.  

I've read some features lost when saved in formats other than xls, but I did not see "notes" listed.

Thank you for any help!  I spent 2 hours working on this worksheet.
