help needed to protect the price tabs

Hi everyone,

I need some guidance around adding extra layers of protection for "price" column in master tabs. Here's the challenge I'm currently facing- 

In an excel workbook there are three tabs Summary, Set master, and item master. Out of three tabs the set master and item master has price in it which I don't want to expose to the sales person on field (it's confidential info). However, when I send out this wb to sales person they have the ability to add new sets, items and adjust the qty based on inventory, in the summary tab. Now, based on the inputs the set value should pull in column G from set master or item value should pull in column H (if item is added), I can probably use index match formula here. I wanted to know if there is a way apart from hiding the columns and tabs or password protecting the sheet to prevent the price to be disclosed and also keep the tabs in the wb so that I can pull the price when new set/item is added.
