Help! Data Validation with Indirect function not working on online version

Need help. My data validation works perfectly on both desktop and web version. Just recently the web version is missing some drop-down list for sub category. Still works fine in desktop though

When entering invalid inputs I noticed that error messages varies for those with dropdown and without dropdown option.
