Help - Excluding data for more than one column

Hi everyone,

I am a university student with a stats exam coming up using Excel, SPSS and Stata.

My data is a fully within experiment with 2 conditions, one with 3 levels, and one with 2 levels.

I am trying to exclude from all data - scores below a certain number, and scores above. When there is just one column of data I use the =if(X>X,"Too long","Ok") function but this isn't working for this format of data.

Anyone who loves and knows this stuff please please give me a hand
