Header & Footer Question - iPad

I am looking for a way to set Headers and Footers on Excel spreadsheets. I know how to do it on a regular PC, but am trying to do it on my iPad Pro. I cannot find the page settings in the app on the iPad. It may not exist or I may just be blind and cannot see it. Thanks for any help!
