Having 2 drop down lists in the same cell

Hey all!

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I'm hoping to create 2 drop down lists with the exact same source, but be able to show 2 different items from that source in the same cell.

I'm trying to make a horse genetics spreadsheet where both alleles will be shown in 1 cell with the help of both drop down lists. And if possible, to have them separated by a /. It'll hopefully look like this, without me having to type all this information in by hand for each gene: "TO/R"

Thanks!

  • No it isn't possible. BUT you can do it using 3 cells: cell 1 has drop down for the 1st part and cell 2 has drop down for 2nd part and cell 3 = [cell1] & "/" & [cell2]
