Have multiple drop down lists for a cell depending on value of previous cells drop down list

I want to use a drop down list in cell E2 (SC, PR, WH) and based on the value of E2, I want cell F2 to pull from one of 3 different drop down lists. If this is possible, I would appreciate any help. ...
