Have a problem remembering password on a workbook I set up and protected

I recently set up a workbook with many formulas in it and locked it owing to people that would be in touch with the spreadsheet. On reopening it today owing to a seizure I had yesterday I seemed to have forgotten password. How can I reset or retrieve the password?
