Graphing complex equation

Hello, I have tried IF command sentence with this equation (1), but I struggled when equation (1) cannot isolate Tm. La = La(T) equation below with 4 circumstances. Given that all the parameters are constant.

I tried to make a line graph with Ox: 0< t <100, Oy: Tm.
