Graph Series Won't Move to Front

I want to change the order series are plotted, so one is displayed on top of the other. Everything I've found said changing the order in the the Select Data Source window achieves this. I've tried reordering the series in the graph below, but I can't get the yellow line to display on top of the blue markers.
