Go to last filled cell
- Nov 09, 2017
Not sure what Inquire is in all versions of Excel, but in any case you shall activate it in options -> COM add-ins.
Without it what I did step by step
Formatted cells with deleted values (Ctrl+End)
Select yellow cells and Clear All them
Ctrl+End forwards on last deleted cell
Now Save, Close and open the file again. Ctrl+End forwards correctly
Anwesh,
after deleting the content close and save the file.
Then reopen und try CTRL-END again.

Anwesh,
then you have to do it the hard way.
Delete all columns between the cell at CTRL-END and the rightmost column with content.
Do the same for the rows.
Close and save the file.
Reopen the file.
Try CTRL-END again.

Microsoft recommends to do Clear All https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Locate-and-reset-the-last-cell-on-a-worksheet-c9e468a8-0fc3-4f69-8038-b3c1d86e99e9, when re-open workbook.
I played a bit - in may case it's simply enough to click Save after the deletion (not necessary to close/open workbook), and Ctrl+End works correctly after that. But that were not formatted cells.
