Getting the top row to repeat on every printed page

I created an Excel spreadsheet (not financial in nature) in OneDrive and I have a problem.  I am trying to get the top row (which is set up as a Table Header) to repeat on every printed page.  All the instructions I have found say to go to "Page Layout", then to "Page Setup" and then to "Print Titles", but when I go to "Page Setup", I do not get "Print Titles" as an option.  So what do I do now?
