Getting rid of a "direction/definition" box that's not a text box
How do I get rid of this box (see attached). I changed the headings and want to not have this "directions" box show up. It's not a text box, I can't click on the border to delete it, or click inside the box to change the text. It shows up each time you click on a heading.

Tia,
the person who created this workbook wanted to show certain information to the user. You should not remove it without consent from the workbook creator.
The text box contains the input message from the data validation. To remove it go to data validation and delete the input message.
