Getting BLOCKED "not signed in" despite being signed in and activated

In Excel 16.63 (beta channel) on Mac OS 12.4, when using the STOCKHISTORY function I am getting a #BLOCKED! return value for reason "Not Signed In" despite being signed in on an activated version.

    Same problem here. It's frustrating to pay a subscription and then not getting the functions supposed to be working
