Get data from online services greyed out

Hi, I am on an enterprise plan and used Get Data to retrieve data from Salesforce. It worked well in the beginning, but then after I tried Power BI and Access to connect to the spreadsheet that linked to Salesforce, the option "from Online Services" greyed out(shown in the screenshot).

 

I have tried uninstalling the Power BI and Access. Also, my colleagues' account also have the same problem.

Appreciate very much if anyone can help to solve the problem.

    Sara_L445 This is an issue with their License, the Online services connector only comes with Enterprise licenses. Try using an user with E3 and you will see that it will work just fine.

      I just installed the latest Microsoft 365 updates for Office and the issue is resolved.

        This way it does work! Thanks! But strange thing is it only work on one device not the other one I have. But surely it solves the problem.
