Generating a line of text (Task) on a separate sheet if value contains X

Greetings, 

I'm trying to perform a task in Excel that I can't figure out to achieve. I'd appreciate it if anyone can provide direction or recommendations. Here's a mock scenario of what I'm looking to achieve:

1. On Page 1, the user is prompted with the question "Did you clean your room?"
   1. User enters 'No'
2. On Page 3 a row is created under row 2 with the text "Clean your room" in Column A and 'Now' in Column B. 

Basically I'm trying to build a task list based on values provided on another page.
