gantt chart
HI I am looking for some guidance for preparing a simple gantt chart. I have a task that has to be completed twice in a year. Basically need to schedule it first and then track this over the year and ensure this is planned well ahead and completed. Any ideas where to start preparing this in Gantt format and how ?

- One approach is to use a modified stacked bar chart to create a Gantt-like display. You could also use an Office template through File | New and search for "Gantt". Those templates utilize some clever conditional formatting to create the Gantt.
