Without knowing the version you run not sure you can take the Power Query route. So, please download the attached file > Open it > Go to the FuzzyMatch sheet > Right-click on the green table > Refresh
If you don't get an error this means your version of Excel has Power Query function Table.FuzzyNestedJoin ==> A possible alternative for you
