Funds missing?
Hi Guys,
Is there a way to find these funds? I can only look for funds using the text, right? and they create them the way they want (shorter, longer, they replace words..) so combinations are endless.. wouldnt be good if we can use isin to search?
So far I cannot find these and microsoft does not seem to be very responsive:
1.- Could you please add fund Goldman Sachs Global Small Cap CORE Equity Portfolio I Acc EUR Snap?
Isin LU0328436547
I try to search in excel stock with this: GS Glb Small Cap CORE Equity Portfolio I Acc EUR Snap
But I never find it with all possible combinations I could think of. Could you fix it? I tried as well with bloomberg tiker GSGMIAE with no luck.
2.- Could you please add new fund ProShares Ultra QQQ Top 30 (tiker QQXL) ?
Isin US74349Y4641
3.- Could you please add Artemis Funds (Lux) - SmartGARP Global Emerging Markets Equity B EUR?
Isin LU2244289877
I try to search in excel stock with this: Artemis Funds (Lux) - SmartGarp Global Emerging Markets Equity B-Acc (EUR)
But I never find it with all possible combinations I could think of. Could you fix it?
4.- Could you please add Artemis Funds (Lux) – SmartGARP Global Emerging Markets Equity Class I Acc EUR?
Isin LU1846577168
I try to search in excel stock with this: Artemis Funds (Lux) - SmartGarp Global Emerging Markets Equity I-Acc (EUR) I tried tiker A2QGYR with no luck.
But I never find it with all possible combinations I could think of. Could you fix it?
5.- Same with those:
Amundi MSCI Europe Climate Paris Aligned AE-C LU1437020222 (i tried tiker AIEELAE with no luck)
Amundi MSCI Europe SRI Climate Paris Aligned - AE (C) LU1861136833
AMUNDI MSCI JAPAN ESG CLIMATE NET ZERO AMBITION CTB INDEX RE-C EUR LU0996181086
Amundi MSCI Japan ESG Broad Transition INDEX AE Acc LU0996180864
Amundi Index MSCI Pacific EX Japan SRI PAB RE-C LU0987207155
Amundi MSCI Pacific Ex Japan SRI Climate Paris Aligned - AE-D LU0390718277
Amundi Index MSCI Pacific EX Japan SRI PAB AE-C LU0390717543
When I tried respectively to search with all possible combinations for each one I could think of (for example):
Amundi MSCI Europe Climate Paris Aligned AE-C
Amundi Index MSCI Europe SRI Climate Paris Aligned PAB - AE C
AMUNDI MSCI JAPAN ESG CLIMATE NET ZERO AMBITION CTB - RE (C)
Amundi MSCI Japn ESG CTB - AE (C)
amundi index msci pacific ex japan sri pab - re (c)
Amundi MSCI Pacific Ex Japan SRI Climate Paris Aligned - AE (D)
Amundi Index MSCI Pacific ex japan SRI PAB AE (c)
with all the texts and variations I tried, It never gets the value or it get a different (wrong) one.

Excel’s built-in Stocks data type doesn’t support ISINs—making it much harder to reliably find certain funds (as you’ve experienced).
Internet Infos: Excel’s Stocks feature relies on Refinitiv’s data and typically depends on fund names or tickers—not ISINs. Many fund names are informal, abbreviated, or inconsistent, which makes accurate search difficult Microsoft Learn.
Unfortunately, there's no way to directly feed an ISIN into Excel’s Stocks data type search using built-in methods.
Workarounds & Alternatives:
Use an ISIN-capable Add-In (e.g., Stock Quotes by ISIN)
Use External Data Providers like Excel Price Feed (Tools like Excel Price Feed
support converting ISINs to tickers via formulas)
Enterprise Data Feeds (e.g., Bloomberg, Morningstar)

Hope this will help you.

Hi Nikolino!
Thanks for your reply. Is there any free solution available? I got Microsoft just to get this option which it is included in Excel. I dont want to pay extra tools. It should be working in Excel. There are funds not added yet, Microsoft is not currently taking care of it properly as they should and not doing much (see my list, I am requesting to add them for very long). GoogleSheet is providing a good working solution for it and it seems they are getting more customers than Microsoft in this area, but I am used to use Excel. Microsoft should be aware of other competitor or they might loose customers and market share. At least to publish a list of texts and products for funds available in Excel, if not, it is difficult to find them. Tikers are not always available.
