Function that push row down??

PC, Excel 365

Hi.

I have a sheet where I have a table that in most cases will have more than the 3 nr. and names as shown underneath here.

When I add a fourth name to the table it passes the (4.1.3) in row 14.

What I'm looking for is a function or a formula that will add another row or push everything under the table down whenever I add to the table. Does such a function/formula exist?

Regards Kasper

    Hi KasperHH

there is no function or formula in Excel that pushes rows automatically further down.

But you can do this easily by clicking on the respective row number, this highlights the complete row. And then use key combination Ctrl+Plus, which inserts an empty row abov the current highlighted one.

      Thanks Martin_Weiss

I suspected that that was the case. I've used hours on google and youtube searching for a solution. But thanks for your reply.
