function or command which can lookup the span length from the table which gives results as Pass
I want excel to search SPAN from the table of 'Span Length' on which it can pass MOMENT, hence I want to use a command that if it come fail the span automatically goes to next lowest available that changes the status of moment to 'PASS'

i have list of span length i want to use a commend by which it automatically chooses span length from the list at which all checks are ok.
any help will be highly appreciated.
