Freezing columns in Excel

Hi everyone. I know how to lock and unlock rows and columns in Excel. The issue I have is I am trying to lock two separate columns. The first one is G, the next one I would want to freeze is AY. When I continue my work I don't want to have to scroll from H. Is it possible to have AY locked next to G? If so how? Thank you.

You could also try Custom Views, setting your View one way for working as you describe, for other purposes another way.

  • Non-contiguous columns Freeze isn't possible..

    You can freeze columns A:G.
  • Not really possible

    However you could try

    View > New Window
View > Arrange All > Vertical

Then you can apply 2 sets of Freeze panes
