Freeze Rows in middle as they scroll to top
I'd like to freeze a row in between the sheet as they scroll to the top of the sheet.
For example, I have a sheet whose top 3 rows are already frozen and I've created a table below the frozen rows. Say the table ends at row 100, I'd like to create a new table below row 100 and like the 101'th row to freeze (preferably below the already frozen rows (rows 1-3)) as it gets to the top of the sheet when I scroll it.

Unfortunately, I don't think freeze rows can work that way. Here are some tips that may or may not be useful:
If you format data as a table (Home > Format as Table) and have one of the cells in the table selected, the table column headers will automatically stay "frozen" as you scroll down by replacing the letters ("A," "B," ...) with the headers of the column.
The other workarounds I have used is to open a new window of the same data set (View > New Window) or to split the screen with the same data set (View > Split Screen).
What might end up being the best choice is moving the second table to a new tab and freezing the rows on the new tab.
PS I'm using Excel 2016 and don't know if the features are available in previous versions.
