Freeze different rows

Hi, 

Is it possible to freeze different rows so that when i scroll downwards, I will be able to change to freezed rows to the new one? Because I am currently working on people's performance so i want the freezed rows to be the name of one person, and when i scroll down to another person's performance, the name changes.

Example: Cell A1 "Jonathan". It'll freeze until i reach Cell A30 "Kelly", whereby now Kelly's name would freeze, and so on and so forth.
