Formulas won't contvert to value in cell

When entering av formula in a cell, it does not perfom the action/convert to value, it just presents the formula in text format.

Here the third cell should convert to "2",.

Here the latest cell should convert to "2".

Any clues to how I can fix this?

The document is created through Teams, don't know if that matters? But the problem sustains when trying to open the document in Eether the Sharepoint version or the Desktop version.
