I need a formula to calculate and display time. 548349.833333333 should be 9 minutes and 8 seconds. I also need to display it as time 9:08

Let's say you have 548349.833333333 in cell A2.
In another cell, enter the formula =A2/86400000
Format the cell with the formula as mm:ss or hh:mm:ss
