Formulas and Functions

Good morning,

I want to add a formula to an excel data table I created.

My data range contains several columns. Each column contains several criteria.

In my table, I want to display via a formula the number of suppliers for the tax "Special diffuse waste. "01/2022" campaign for the status "RETURN OK" for the month of February for example.

Would it be possible to help me find the formula that will allow me to display on my column U5 for the month of February in the "Eco DDS" tab.

I am attaching the excel file so that you understand my need.
