Hi, can somebody please tell me how to convert binary to colour.

Savia Yes, sorry. I need a formula on Excel that converts a binary code to a colour. A formula like =DEC2BIN(A1) but with binary to colour.
- What are you expecting to see the output of the formula as? The name of a colour? Colouring the cell itself?
You can use conditional formatting to have a cell's R, G, or B value match its value from 0-255, for example. But there's no formula that does what you want exactly. I'd probably try a custom conditional formatting rule that uses some kind of colour scale based on the value of the cell (switched to decimal).
