Please help, Colom C plus Colom D = Colom E. I need to have Colom E a running total with a red negative total. I hope that makes since.

It doesn't altogether make sense, since if column E were to be a running total, then it would not be a simple sum of columns C and D. I'm going to guess that what you're doing is something similar to the attached. If this is not what you're seeking to do, please come back with a more complete description.
