Formula to retrieve data from several sheets and return values from given criteria.
I was unable to copy any of the formulas from the onedrive document you shared but I have made one here. I see you noted in there the formula to use to return the are that each staff member would be working in each day. If you could add it to this document that would be great. Thanks !

That has worked well thanks SnowMan55, its nearly working. EY and MY are working fine. We couldnt get LY to work so I have removed the 3 colomns and it is still not working. I could not pick which bit of formula needed to be changed for this one
I would really love it to return the actual class they are in, is this possible ?
