Formula to retrieve data from several sheets and return values from given criteria.

I agree that your formula structure works if the formula is entered correctly. But do you actually need/have the staff member's name entered twice on the source worksheets (both columns C and D)?

Im back from leave and i now have time to have a look at this one again. I do hope i can get it to work as it will be so helpful moving forward.
I was just having a look at the onedrive document you sent. The information I am trying to retrieve is what area of the school each staff member is working on any given day. Its above, Feb 3rd 2026. I cant seem to attach here.
