formula solution

in row 236 columns g236:dv236 I have a series of monthly money income; I have an amount owed in cell $c$204. I need the monthly deposits indicated in row 236 columns g236:dv236 to be discounted from the debit indicated in cell $c$204 and when making the monthly payments, said payments will be see reflected in row 241 columns g241:dv241, it is important that from the last month if there is more balance than owed it is adjusted so that the final balance ends up being zero

    there are a couple options. note you may need to adjust +/- depending on how you define credit and debits. traditional formula would be
    cell g241 = g236-C240
    cell h241= g241+h236
    and then copy or fill right from h241 to dv241
    or
    g241 = -$c$204+sum($g$236:g$236)
    and copy or drag fill g241 through dv241
    or using dynamic arrays in excel365 you could have something like:
    g241 = scan(-c204, g236:dv236, lambda(p,q, p+q))
    and the dynamic array will automatically fill the rest
