Formula required

Good day, Please assist with a formula. I have explained in the attached file.

A_SIRAT That would be:
=SUMIFS($C2:$F2,$C$1:$F$1,J$1)

But why SUMIFS if you only have one criterion?

    Because I wanted to know where I got it wrong. It can also help in future when I have more than one criterion.
    Sorry I learnt SUMIFS first and prefers it
