Formula required
Can anyone help me with a formula please? I need to find all blank cells within a column and delete all the rows containing the blank cells. Thankyou

You don't do that with a formula.
Select the column by clicking on its column header.
Press F5 or Ctrl+G to activate the Go To dialog.
Click Special...
Select Blanks, then click OK.
On the Home tab of the ribbon, in the Cells group, click Delete > Delete Sheet Rows.
