formula is not adding
Your first post:
What would be the formula to enter in order to add column C8 to and have d8 accumulate D8? and keep adding for example if work 70 hours first week to date c8 and d8 would represent hours worked to date?

So now, let me ask that you clarify the relationship between the two posts. You make NO reference to. columns A and B in your first, so how that clarified anything is beyond me.
How about describing the task solely in words, without reference to columns or cells. Let those of us who know Excel do the translation into rows and columns and formulas; you just describe in words the task:
- what information are you collecting?
- what does it represent?
- what outcome are you looking for?
You can post copies of the spreadsheet itself on OneDrive or GoogleDrive; and that would be better than a photo. But recall, I was suggesting you write out in words what the task is here, just in case the spreadsheet by itself doesn't make things clear.
