Formula in Excel
I'm typing my formula in Excel (=O2/($O$16) and it just displays the formula ... not the answer. Screenshot attached. What am I doing wrong? Jen Jezylo

1) Make sure that the cell with the formula is formatted as General, not as Text.
2) Make sure that the 'Show Formulas' button in the 'Formula Auditing' group of the Formulas tab of the ribbon is not highlighted.
