=INDEX($F$3:$J$22,MATCH(A11,$E$3:$E$22,0),3)=VLOOKUP(A11,$E$3:$J$22,4,FALSE)You can try INDEX and MATCH or VLOOKUP. The VLOOKUP formula is in cell C11 in the example.
If you work with Office 365 or Excel 2021 you can apply XLOOKUP.
