I agree with Damien's suggestion but if you insist, then this should be your formula in C19:
=INDEX(C5:C16,COUNT(C5:C16))-
INDEX(C5:C16,COUNT(C5:C16)-1)
=INDEX(C5:C16,COUNT(C5:C16))-
INDEX(C5:C16,COUNT(C5:C16)-1)
