=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(F2:F427;1)<=1/3))
=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(F2:F427;1)>=1/3);--(MOD(F2:F427;1)<=2/3))
=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(F2:F427;1)>=2/3))
