Formula help please

  I need a formula that will flag "NOT OK" if Column A unique materials have multiple revisions in Column B. If there is only one revison in Column B, return as "OK

Try this:

=IF(COUNT(UNIQUE(FILTER($B$4:$B$15,$A$4:$A$15=A4)))=1,"OK","NOT OK")
