Forms to Excel - can you separate what info is viewed? Feedback forms for multiple groups

I'm a university student and I organise Student run Seminars. I made a Form for feedback, used branching to include all groups (23) and their members. The Form works fine, and extracts to Excel fine. But, I want to know how can I most easily disseminate each groups information without sharing that of another?

So Q2 asks "Which group", branched Q's 3-26 ask which teachers were present, Q27-30 is generic feedback Q's that apply to all groups.

I download the results fine, and I can delete columns for irrelevant groups if I want to send them out.

But doing that x23 times a week is.. a lot of work. How can I make this easier? Can I upload a live Excel version and grant individual emails view-access to only some columns? Not sure what's possible here.
