formatting problem with Excel charts on new sheet

I have an excel file with about 15 sheets of data and 8 sheets with charts.  Early July my file was working fine, but when I opened mid-July all the charts on separate sheets are extremely minimized and formatting is completely illegible. I do not know what changed and can't seem to get back my old charts or even recreate them!  I can create a new chart on the data sheet but if I add to a new sheet the same formatting problem occurs.  I have no idea how to recover my charts.  See my charts from July 6 and then charts now attached.  please help! 😞
